Aesyra announces the successful completion of a clinical investigation evaluating the efficacy and safety of AesyBite™ Active.

In the study (identifier: NCT06153810) involving 26 adults with confirmed sleep bruxism, activation of the biofeedback treatment resulted in a 60.6% average reduction in bruxism activity (total sleep bruxism duration per hour) compared to baseline (95% CI: 55.8%–64.9%, p < 0.001).

In addition to the primary endpoint, secondary measures also improved, including: fewer episodes per hour, shorter episode duration, and lower episode intensity, with no negative impact on sleep duration.

The study results will support global regulatory submissions and future commercialization efforts.
